There is no need for my clients to travel anywhere or muster up the will-power to go to the gym. I put people through their paces in the 'comfort' of their own surroundings, or in the nearest available open space in and around Cheltenham and Cirencester.
It is invigorating being outside (whatever the weather!) and it can often be the only hour of the day my clients manage to grab so I like to make the most of it. Through varied and challenging work outs, the personal training style I adopt achieves positive results whilst maintaining client motivation. I also advise clients on nutrition and help them to make changes to promote a healthier body.
What goes IN is as important as how we work OUT!
